U15 (Bantam) 2008, 2009	$850.00
U15 (A) 2008, 2009	$1200.00
U18 (Midget) 2005, 2006, 2007	$850.00
U18 (A) 2005, 2006, 2007	$1200.00
U18 (AA) 2005, 2006, 2007	$1500.00
GOALIES	$400.00
SENIOR	$450.00

*If your daughter has been successful and made one of the high performance teams please choose the appropriate age group.  We will adjust the registration amount manually in RAMP to reflect the registration amount. 

1. Login to your existing RAMP account 
2. Select the age division you are registering your player for (U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 or U18)
3. Send your registration fee of $100.00* to our treasurer at treasurer@cpgha.ca. The password MUST be hockeypuck (lowercase, all one word) and don’t forget to put the players name in the e-transfer message. *The $100.00 is a minimum amount. 

1. Create an account for yourself using RAMP
2. You will then be able to add each player **You must register the player as a PARTICIPANT**
3. All  players, regardless of age, MUST electronically sign the waivers where required
4. Select the age division you are registering your player for (U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 or U18)
5. Send your registration fee of $100.00* to our treasurer at treasurer@cpgha.ca. The password MUST be hockeypuck (lowercase, all one word) and don’t forget to put the players name in the e-transfer message. *The $100.00 is a minimum.
