 As annoucned by the OWHA we are planning a regular season; however, our ability to have any form of hockey this season has, and will continue to be, strictly influenced and governed by the latest restrictions and guidelines set in place by the following: Ontario Government Emergency Order, Lanark, Leeds and Grenville ... As annoucned by the OWHA we are planning a regular season; however, our ability to have any form of hockey this season has, and will continue to be, strictly influenced and governed by the latest restrictions and guidelines set in place by the following: Ontario Government Emergency Order, Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Health Unit, Hockey Canada, Ontario Women’s Hockey Association and our local recreation facilities. We are committed to keeping our members aware of any changes and we have made the health and safety of our players and families our top priority.

Registration Period: July 13 - August 15, 2021
Due at Registration: $100.00
50% of registration due: September 1, 2021
Payment Due in Full: October 1, 2021

Registration Instructions for CURRENT 2020-2021 CPGHA Participants

Select the age division you are registering your player for (U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 or U18)

Send your registration fee of $100.00* to our treasurer at treasurer@cpgha.ca. The password MUST be hockeypuck (lowercase, all one word) and don’t forget to put the players name in the e-transfer message. *The $100.00 is a minimum amount.
Registration Instructions for NEW 2021-2022 CPGHA Participants
Please read through the following instructions prior to creating an account:

Create an account for yourself using RAMP

You will then be able to add each player **You must register the player as a PARTICIPANT**

All players, regardless of age, MUST electronically sign the waivers where required

Select the age division you are registering your player for (U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 or U18)

Send your registration fee of $100.00* to our treasurer at treasurer@cpgha.ca. The password MUST be hockeypuck (lowercase, all one word) and don’t forget to put the players name in the e-transfer message. *The $100.00 is a minimum.
