CPGHA Modified Gameplay

We have recently been given approval from OWHA to participate in modified gameplay. 

By the end of day today (Oct 17), there will be a document posted to each cohort page outlining the guidelines for that specific age level.  

In order to participate in gameplay against other cohorts, 100% consent from parents/guardians MUST be received. 

A Modified Gameplay Consent Form has to be filled out for each player and will be valid until the end of Phase 1 (Dec 31)
