20/21 Annual General Meeting Announcement

The Carleton Place Girls Hockey Association is proceeding with a virtual Annual General Meeting in response to the COVID-19 restrictions. 

• Presentation and adoption of the minutes of the previous AGM and any Special General Meetings held during the hockey yea  

•  Presentations of Reports of Executive, Financial statements for the hockey year.  

• The budget for the ensuing year 

  • TBD when we know more information about the upcoming season   

• Election of new Executive
• ​Motions to adopt, amend, revise, or repeal Articles of the Constitution

•  Other business of interest and concern to members

  • We invite all members to submit feedback pertaining to the information shared in the Annual Report.  Feedback will be received until May 15, 2021 and can be submitted to secretary@cpgha.ca
